Tragically, a 23-year-old individual lost their life at the scene, as confirmed by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office. The victim has been identified as Rosalind Rogers, a resident of Milwaukee.

Later in the day, family members of the deceased returned to the scene to pay their respects. They spoke highly of Rogers, describing her as both an activist and a mentor. Rosalind’s twin sister, Aliyah Rogers, expressed her desire for everyone to remember her sister’s name and emphasized that justice would be served for the untimely loss. During the investigation, law enforcement officers were observed focusing their attention on a vehicle parked in the fast-food restaurant’s parking lot, as reported by WISN 12 News.
