Sulakshan Selvasingam Obituary – The Toronto Police reported that a 28-year-old man passed away following a shooting incident in Scarborough on Saturday night, according to Duty Insp. Dan Pravica, officers responded to a gas station near Warden Avenue and Ellesmere Road after receiving reports of gunfire around 10:20 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a man who had been shot.

The suspects allegedly fired multiple shots at the victim’s vehicle before fleeing the area, as stated in a news release issued by the police on Sunday. The man was rushed to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as Sulakshan Selvasingam from Pickering. Authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward and assist with the investigation.
