Alejandro Castellanos Obituary, Police identify man who shot and killed security guard

Alejandro Castellanos Obituary – The suspect responsible for the death of a security guard at a bar in CityPlace Doral has been identified by the police. Jamal Wayne Wood, aged 37, fatally shot George Alejandro Castellanos, aged 23, at Martini Bar during an altercation.

Two Doral Police officers engaged in a shootout with Wood, resulting in his death. One officer sustained a gunshot wound but is in stable condition. Five bystanders were also injured during the incident. Castellanos, who was a father and soon-to-be graduate, leaves behind a devastated family. The City of Doral is taking immediate action, with the Police Chief expressing disappointment and the Mayor planning a special meeting to address nightclub safety.
