Andrew Dean Justiniano Obituary, – Officers are investigating a wrong-way crash that claimed the life of a man on Interstate 40 in Asheville early Sunday morning. According to the Asheville Police Department, a 2024 Tesla was traveling in the wrong direction on I-40 West near mile marker 54 around 2:33 a.m. Sunday when it collided with a 2022 Freightliner traveling westbound. The driver of the Tesla, identified as 26-year-old Andrew Dean Justiniano, died from his injuries on scene. The driver of the Freightliner was uninjured.
