Andrew Taylor Kessel Obituary – The man who lost his life in a racecar accident at the Willow Springs International Raceway in Rosamond over the weekend has been identified by the Kern County Coroner’s Office as Andrew Taylor Kessel, a 37-year-old resident of Daly City. Kessel was the driver of the racecar involved in the tragic crash that occurred on March 23. Tragically, Kessel was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner officials after the crash was reported around 12:40 p.m. Despite efforts to gather more information about the incident, 17 News was directed to the coroner’s report by raceway officials.
