Banchamlak Abuhay Bogale Obituary, Death; – The victim of the shooting that occurred on Saturday evening in the 3500 block of Stone Mountain Highway has been identified as Banchamlak Abuhay Bogale, aged 50, according to Gwinnett County Police. She was fatally shot at around 7:30 p.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect, identified as Abera Ayana, a 67-year-old resident of Stone Mountain, was apprehended by witnesses at the scene. The incident was determined to be domestic-related. Ayana faces charges of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He is currently being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Jail.
