Carlos Jean Parra Rodriquez,Deivi Suarez Obituary, – Two individuals, one from Stratford and the other from Allentown, Pennsylvania, lost their lives in a tragic accident in Bridgeport over the weekend, as confirmed by the authorities. Reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and an SUV were received by Bridgeport first responders at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Sunday. Callers indicated that the incident took place at the intersection of Stratford Avenue, where the two individuals on the motorcycle were found unconscious on the ground.

Upon arrival at the scene, Bridgeport police, fire, and EMS teams discovered the two victims lying on the ground near the intersection of Stratford Avenue and Edwin Street. The operator of the motorcycle was identified as 32-year-old Carlos Jean Parra Rodriquez from Stratford, while the passenger was 21-year-old Deivi Suarez from Allentown, Pennsylvania. The motorcycle involved was a 2004 black Suzuki GSX-R1000.

Both individuals sustained severe injuries and were unresponsive, prompting immediate transport to Bridgeport Hospital Medical Center. Unfortunately, Rodriquez and Suarez were later pronounced dead due to the injuries they sustained during the accident.

Authorities reported that the collision occurred when a 2012 black Chevy Equinox, driven by an 18-year-old from Bridgeport, was heading south on Bishop Avenue and attempted to make a left turn onto Stratford Avenue, intersecting with the eastbound path of the motorcycle. The impact caused the motorcycle to collide with a parked 2014 white Dodge Ram 1500.

While the driver of the Equinox did not sustain any injuries, their 15-year-old passenger from Bridgeport received treatment at Bridgeport Hospital Medical Center for minor injuries. The incident is currently being investigated by the Bridgeport Police Traffic Division.
