Diego Lopez,Oscar Garcia Obituary – The violent crash in suburban Oak Lawn on Sunday resulted in the deaths of two individuals, with one of the vehicles being torn in half due to the impact. The incident, as reported by Oak Lawn Police, took place just south of 87th Street on Sunday evening, leading to the closure of Cicero Avenue between 87th and 91st Streets.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victims as 18-year-old Diego Lopez and 20-year-old Oscar Garcia, both succumbing to injuries sustained in the multi-vehicle collision. While it remains unclear if there were additional casualties, several vehicles were observed at the crash site with significant damage.
