Franchesca Oneal-Hawkins Obituary, Jamestown Woman Killed in North Harmony Car Crash identified

Franchesca Oneal-Hawkins Obituary – The identity of the Jamestown woman who tragically lost her life in a solo car accident on Tuesday has been disclosed by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. The incident occurred when the SUV, driven by 19-year-old Victoria Smith of Lakewood, veered off Route 394 near Carpenter Pringle Road in the town of North Harmony, resulting in a rollover.

One of the passengers, 19-year-old Nija Slater-Hawkins of Jamestown, was thrown from the vehicle and sustained severe injuries. The third passenger, 22-year-old Franchesca Oneal-Hawkins of Jamestown, was pronounced dead at the scene. Both Victoria and Nija were taken to UPMC Hamot for medical attention. Nija has since been discharged from the hospital, while Victoria remains under treatment. The investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
