George Ness Jr Obituary – Police are searching for a driver in a fatal hit-and-run crash in the Milford Mill area. Baltimore County police said officers were called around 11:45 p.m. on March 22 to Windsor Mill Road near Pine Avenue, where a man was struck by a car, Police said the man, identified as George Ness Jr., 52, died on Sunday at a hospital. Police said detectives are looking for a 2006 to 2010 beige Hyundai Sonata that fled westbound on Windsor Mill Road toward Rolling Road.
