Kyron Hoskey Obituary, Former footballer player is dead in his home

Kyron Hoskey Obituary – Richmond Police have identified the individual who was killed on Saturday morning in Richmond as Kyron Hoskey, a 28-year-old resident of Henrico County. The incident occurred at around 3:19 a.m. on April 6, when officers responded to a call regarding a shooting in the 2200 block of North 23rd Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hoskey inside a residence, lying on the floor with a gunshot wound.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner will be responsible for determining the cause and manner of death. As of now, Richmond Police have not disclosed any details regarding a possible motive or suspect in connection with Hoskey’s death. Hoskey had committed to playing football for Virginia Union University in Richmond by signing a letter of intent in 2014, although it remains unclear if he ever played for the Trojans.
