Magin Hernandez Obituary – On Monday, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Magin Hernandez, 66, as the woman who was tragically shot and killed at a residence in northwestern Bexar County. Her death has been determined to be a homicide, resulting from a gunshot wound.

According to reports, Dexter Reyes, Hernandez’s husband, contacted emergency services at 10:40 a.m. on Wednesday, claiming that he had accidentally shot his wife. He stated that she was lying on the kitchen floor with a gunshot wound to her head.

Regrettably, Hernandez succumbed to her injuries at the scene, located in the 14400 block of Gunsight Pass.
