Marisa Dister,Russell O Connor Obituary, Death; – Two individuals who were involved in a troubled domestic relationship were discovered deceased at a residence in Wheeling on Thursday evening, as stated by the Wheeling police. Upon receiving a report from an individual who had found two bodies at a residence on West 12th Street around 5:42 p.m. on Thursday, the Wheeling police promptly responded to the scene.

The deceased couple, identified as Marisa Dister, 46, and Russell O’Connor, 44, were confirmed to have been in a strained domestic relationship by both the Wheeling police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office. They resided in the 300 block of West 12th Street. The medical examiner’s office pronounced them dead at 6:29 p.m. A firearm was discovered near their bodies. An autopsy has been scheduled for later on Friday. The police have assured that there is no danger to the general public, and an ongoing investigation is underway.
