Michael Smetanka Obituary – Authorities have identified a man killed after a crash late Tuesday in Horry County. Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said 47-year-old Michael Smetanka, of Mishawaka, Indiana, lost control of his SUV at the intersection of Highway 9 and Highway 31 in Little River.
