Mildred Towe Kelley Obituary – According to the coroner, a woman from Seneca, South Carolina, lost her life in a collision at an intersection in the Upstate area. Mildred Towe Kelley, aged 73, was involved in the crash at the junction of S.C. Highway 183 (also known as Pickens Highway) and Wolf Stake Church Road.
Coroner Karl Addis stated that Kelley suffered fatal burn injuries at the scene of the accident. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that a 2019 Honda SUV, driven by an individual from Dillard, Georgia, was traveling south on Highway 183 when it collided with Kelley’s 2017 Ford sedan as she attempted to cross the highway from Wolf Stake Church Road. The impact occurred on the driver’s side of Kelley’s vehicle. No further details regarding the incident have been disclosed.
