With a substantial following of over half a million on TikTok and more than 144,000 on Instagram, Rhayara was discovered in her apartment in Aguas Claras, near Brasilia. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding her untimely demise.

While the cause of death has yet to be confirmed, reports suggest that Rhayara’s body remained undiscovered for six days before a concerned friend raised the alarm after unsuccessful attempts to reach her.

Rhayara was renowned for showcasing her exercise routines on various social media platforms, captivating her fans with her well-toned and muscular physique. In September, she even achieved a regional powerlifting title, further solidifying her dedication to fitness. Notably, Rhayara had a diverse educational background, having studied law, physical education, and information systems, in addition to her previous experience as a women’s football player.

Her website reveals that Rhayara had also ventured into journalism, with her work being featured on websites such as Esporte Candango and Radio Redentor. Furthermore, she identified herself as a powerlifting and bodybuilding athlete, a commercial and fitness model, as well as a digital content creator.

Since the announcement of her passing, numerous tributes have poured in on social media, reflecting the impact Rhayara had on her followers. One Twitter user expressed their sorrow, stating, “Sad… Anyone who knew Rhayara knows how peaceful she was. Rest in peace, girl.” On Instagram, others shared their sentiments, with comments like, “Sad to see you leave” and “I don’t believe it.”

A 3D printing company, recalling their interactions with Rhayara, shared their shock and condolences, saying, “Rhay was pretty much our first customer, always very polite and always believing in our work. We are in shock, strength for the whole family.” Another individual bid farewell, saying, “Go in peace my beautiful, you were very special.” While there have been no local reports suggesting foul play in her death, it is worth noting that Rhayara’s passing follows closely after the tragic murder of another Brazilian fitness influencer, Denis Yoshio, who was shot by two individuals on a motorbike.
