Roberto Roman Obituary – Christian Lavin, the individual who has been charged with the felony murder of his friend in northeast Fresno, has entered a plea of not guilty. Lavin made his appearance in court on Thursday morning for his arraignment. The incident occurred on April 28 at a residence located on Pryor Drive and Richelle Avenue, where Lavin allegedly shot Roberto Roman after a drinking and wrestling session in the backyard. Lavin’s next court date is scheduled for July 11.
