Terrell Peete Obituary, Death; – One person has died and two others have been injured following a shooting in St. Charles last night. The incident took place in the parking lot of the St. Charles Convention Center and the Embassy Suites hotel. Authorities have confirmed that two individuals have been arrested.
The deceased individual has been identified as 19-year-old Terrell Peete from St. Louis. A vehicle with bullet holes was found crashed into a tree at the scene. The St. Charles police responded to reports of a triple shooting just after 8 p.m. last night. Upon arrival, they discovered the crashed car and four individuals nearby, three of whom had gunshot wounds. Two of the injured individuals were transported to hospitals with life-threatening injuries. The third injured person did not require immediate medical attention. Unfortunately, Peete, one of the gunshot victims, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
There is no update on the condition of the other individual with life-threatening injuries. Authorities have not released any information about the two individuals taken into custody. Another scene near the convention center is believed to be connected to the incident, although details are still unclear.
