Elvis W. Bowles Obituary – According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, a fatal ATV accident has claimed the life of a Troy resident. Elvis W. Bowles, aged 41, was operating an ATV on Athens Church Road around 4:10 p.m. on Friday when his vehicle veered off the road and collided with an embankment. As a result, Bowles was ejected from the ATV and tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred in close proximity to Golden Road, situated approximately four miles east of Luverne. Currently, there is no additional information regarding the accident, and an ongoing investigation is underway.
