Frank James Obituary, Man Found Shot To Death In Vehicle Identified As Pittsburg Man

Frank James Obituary – The man who was discovered shot and killed in a vehicle in Antioch on Wednesday has been identified as 36-year-old Frank James of Pittsburg by the Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office. A report was received by the police from Contra Costa County Fire Protection District at 5:22 a.m. regarding a deceased male in a vehicle located in the 600 block of East 18th Street.

Upon arrival, officers found James inside a parked vehicle with at least one gunshot wound.
