Henry Salgado Jr Obituary, Lakewood man killed in possible drug overdose identified

Henry Salgado Jr Obituary – The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner identified Henry Salgado Jr., a 55-year-old man who passed away due to a possible drug overdose in Lakewood. Deputies responded to a call at 1:10 a.m. on Sunday at the 6000 block of Dillman Street, where four adults were involved.

One individual was pronounced dead at the scene, while three others were taken to the hospital. The medical examiner confirmed the identity of the deceased victim on Monday. The current conditions of the other victims remain unknown. Although authorities suspect a fentanyl overdose, the sheriff’s department has not yet confirmed this information.
