Bradley K Powell Obituary, Coroner IDs Bloomington man struck, killed by train

Bradley K Powell Obituary, – McLean County Coroner Kathleen Yoder announced on Monday that the victim of a tragic train collision over the weekend in Bloomington has been identified as a man from Bloomington. The deceased, Bradley K. Powell, aged 34, was discovered on Saturday on the railroad tracks near the intersection of White Oak Road and Graham Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the initial findings from the autopsy, Powell’s cause of death was determined to be multiple blunt injuries resulting from being struck by a train. The investigation into this incident is ongoing, with the McLean County coroner’s and sheriff’s offices, as well as the Norfolk Southern Railroad Police Department, actively involved. The toxicology results are still pending.
