Brandon Wayne Fitzwater Obituary, 29-year-old motorcyclist dies after crashing in Copperas Cove
Brandon Wayne Fitzwater Obituary – The motorcyclist who died after crashing on Sunday, April 7 has been identified as 29-year-old Brandon Wayne Fitzwater of Kempner, Texas by the Copperas Cove Police Department. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of the US 190 bypass around 8:29 p.m. when officers and fire crews responded to a crash involving a motorcycle.
Upon arrival, witnesses informed the police that Fitzwater was traveling westbound at high speeds before losing control and colliding with another car, resulting in severe injuries. Fitzwater was then taken to Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. Despite the efforts of several witnesses who provided first-aid before the arrival of EMS, Fitzwater could not be saved. The Copperas Cove PD has stated that the crash is currently under investigation.
