Herminia Perez Obituary – The Kern County coroner’s office announced on Sunday that Herminia Perez, a 69-year-old woman from Bakersfield, was the passenger who tragically lost her life in a traffic collision on Highway 43 that occurred on May 12. Perez succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the accident, which took place at 3:26 a.m. just north of Schuster Road.
