James Arsenault Obituary, Man killed in fatal Stanley shooting, Suspect arrested

James Arsenault Obituary – Stanley Police have officially named the individual who tragically lost his life at the end of the previous month as James Arsenault, a 39-year-old man.

In relation to Arsenault’s untimely demise, prosecutors have filed charges of felony murder against Malcolm Mayors, a 33-year-old individual. According to investigators, Mayors voluntarily arrived at the Mountrail County Correctional Center and confessed to the murder of his acquaintance. Allegedly, Mayors disclosed that he had consumed psychedelic mushrooms and proceeded to shoot his friend. Currently, Mayors is being held in custody with a bond set at one million dollars. His preliminary hearing and arraignment are scheduled to take place on July 3rd.
