James Ramsey, Betty Ramsey Obituary – The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office has disclosed the names of the individuals who lost their lives in Greenback yesterday. Identified today were James Ramsey, aged 78, and Betty Ramsey, aged 75. Reports indicate that both victims were fatally stabbed. The alleged perpetrator, 53-year-old Julian Goodrum, was acquainted with James and Betty’s son. According to law enforcement, Goodrum had been intermittently residing at their residence for the past few years. Goodrum is currently being held at the Loudon County Detention Center, facing two charges of first-degree murder.
