Luis Mulero Obituary, Police ID Hartford man as pedestrian killed on Route 5
Luis Mulero Obituary – The man who was fatally hit by two vehicles on Route 5 last week has been identified by the police as Luis Mulero, a resident of Hartford. The incident occurred on March 27 around 7:30 p.m. when Mulero was trying to cross North Broad Street in the 1900 block. Initially, he was struck by a pickup truck, and then by an SUV that was following behind. Sadly, Mulero was pronounced dead at the scene.
While the driver of the SUV remained at the location, the pickup driver fled the scene. However, the pickup driver later turned up at the police department after several hours, resulting in the impounding of the truck.
