The Anderson County Coroner’s Office confirmed the closure.

The incident took place at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Saturday night. The South Carolina Department of Public Safety reported that a Hyundai Elantra, traveling north on I-85, collided with the pedestrian. The pedestrian was later identified as 40-year-old Joshua Jacobie Andrews from Greenville, as stated in a release issued by the coroner’s office on Sunday morning.
