Justin Grater Obituary – Authorities reported that a tragic incident occurred on Monday at Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Newburgh, resulting in the death of a sales manager. The Town of Newburgh police identified the victim as 41-year-old Justin Grater, who was struck by another individual parking a Jeep Wrangler in front of the dealership on 17K.
The driver, who remains unidentified, accidentally accelerated while entering a parking space, hitting the victim who was walking in front of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the dealership employee was pinned under the SUV and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. Despite attempts to reach out to the dealership for a statement, News 12 has not received a response.
