Karen Y. Perrin Obituary, – Mark Thomas, the Knox County Coroner, has confirmed the identity of the 82-year-old woman who passed away in a crash in Knox County as Karen Y. Perrin from Wataga, Illinois. According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred at 5:35 p.m. on Thursday when Perrin was traveling eastbound on U.S. 34 and her 2017 Buick veered off the road near County Highway 9. Deputies mentioned that two passengers, an 18-year-old from Wataga and a 19-year-old from Galesburg, sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
