Kathryn Fichter Obituary, Coroner identifies woman killed in Butler County crash
Kathryn Fichter Obituary – The woman who lost her life in a crash in Butler County over the weekend has been identified by the coroner’s office as 46-year-old Kathryn Fichter. The incident occurred when a black Hyundai Elantra failed to yield from a red flashing traffic control device and was struck by a white 1500 Ram pickup truck on Stillwell Beckett Road and Oxford Reily Road in Oxford Township.
While two individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to McCullough-Hyde Hospital in Oxford, Kathryn Fichter, the passenger of the Elantra, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The Butler County Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team (S.T.A.R.T) and The Butler County Coroner’s Office are conducting further investigations into the matter.
