Lillian Marie Laforge Obituary, Young Minnesota Woman Killed in Head-on Crash
Lillian Marie Laforge Obituary – A crash on a slushy highway claimed the life of a Minnesota woman on Wednesday. Three people were involved in the fatality. It happened on a two-lane road about 10 miles west of Walker in northern Minnesota’s Hubbard County.
20-year-old Lillian Marie Laforge lost her life in the deadly collision. The International Falls woman was the passenger in the vehicle. The state crash report indicates a car was traveling north on Hwy. 64 when it lost control in the slush and entered the southbound lane. The car then collided head-on with an oncoming semi in the opposite lane.
22-year-old Jared Andrew Wold of International Falls was identified as the driver. He was taken to a hospital in Bemidji for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
