Mikey Valdez, 18, was identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner as one of the shooters at a Fiesta event. The incident resulted in two fatalities and four injuries following an altercation that led to an officer-involved shooting. According to reports, the shooting occurred at Margarita Alley, an outdoor area near Market Square, where Valdez fired at a 20-year-old individual.
