Nancy Stinnett Obituary – The 58-year-old woman who tragically lost her life after gunshots were fired outside her residence in the Santa Fe neighborhood of Kansas City has been identified as Nancy Stinnett. The Kansas City, Mo., Police Department made this announcement on Wednesday, April 10, a day after the incident occurred.

Emergency services were summoned to a house located in the 3000 block of E. 32nd St., just two blocks away from Central Park, shortly before 10 p.m. on Tuesday. Upon arrival, they discovered Stinnett with an apparent gunshot wound and unresponsive.

According to investigators, Stinnett was inside her home when shots were fired from outside, piercing through the wall and tragically causing her death. As of Wednesday, no additional details, including information about potential suspects, have been disclosed.
