Nevaeh Goddard Obituary, Burrillville girl, 17, found dead in Massachusetts home

Nevaeh Goddard Obituary – A 20-year-old man from Massachusetts is facing charges after a teenage girl from Burrillville was found dead inside a home in Stow. The death of 17-year-old Nevaeh Goddard is currently under investigation as suspicious. Authorities were called to the Stow residence for a well-being check at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 5. Shane Curry, 20, of Stow, initially refused to allow investigators inside the home for almost two hours.

Upon entering the residence, officers discovered Goddard, who was reportedly Curry’s girlfriend, deceased. Curry has been taken into custody and charged with assault and battery on a household or family member, as well as causing serious bodily injury. Officials in Stow have mentioned that the chief medical examiner is performing an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of Goddard’s death, with the possibility of additional charges being filed. Curry is scheduled to appear in Concord District Court for arraignment on Monday, April 15.
