Phuoc Dinh Le Obituary – The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office has identified the man who was shot and killed while driving on I-20 as Phuoc Dinh Le, a 32-year-old resident of Longview, Texas. On April 1, Le was driving westbound on I-20 near the Fairfield Ave. exit when he was shot in the abdomen by a passing vehicle. Despite being rushed to Ochsner LSU Health, he succumbed to his injuries at 2:22 a.m.
This tragic incident has been classified as the 19th homicide in Shreveport. The Shreveport Police Department is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding Le’s death.
