Terry Alan Frisbie,Judith Lee Jordan Obituary – The Sioux City Police Department (SCPD) is currently seeking the whereabouts of an individual involved in a fatal collision that took place in October of the previous year. In a press release, the police have appealed to the public for assistance in locating Wesley Louis Staten, aged 30, who is wanted on two charges of vehicular manslaughter.

The incident occurred on October 13, 2023, at the intersection of 6th Street and Wesley Parkway. According to the release, Staten was allegedly driving a Ford Expedition in a westerly direction on 6th Street at a significantly high speed when he ran a red light. As a result, the Expedition collided with a Ford Fusion traveling north on Wesley Parkway, causing both vehicles to veer off the road.

Tragically, both occupants of the Fusion, identified as Terry Alan Frisbie, 51, from Sioux City, and Judith Lee Jordan, 50, from Le Mars, lost their lives. Meanwhile, Staten managed to survive the crash and purportedly fled the scene. During the initial stages of the investigation, the police reported that Staten had been cooperating with the authorities.
