Trey Clark Obituary – Two individuals lost their lives in separate shooting incidents in Wayne County. The initial shooting occurred at approximately 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 21 in the 900 block of Waller Ridge Road. The victim, Trey Clark, aged 31, succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
Authorities suspect that a dispute precipitated the shooting. A couple, Zachary and Courtney Brunson were apprehended in connection with the incident. Zachary faces charges of first-degree murder, while Courtney is charged with accessory before the fact. The case will be brought before the Wayne County Grand Jury. The second shooting incident transpired on the same day, April 21, on Howard Brothers Drive in Waynesboro. The victim’s identity has not been disclosed by the police. Investigators are currently interviewing multiple individuals who were present during the shooting.
