Bobby Abernathy II Obituary, Man killed in Deerfield Beach hotel shooting ID by BSO deputies
Bobby Abernathy II Obituary – Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies have identified a man, Bobby Abernathy II, who was discovered in the parking lot of the Extended Stay America Premier Suites at 1200 FAU Research Park Boulevard with a gunshot wound around 1:20 a.m.
Abernathy was transported to Broward Health North by paramedics and was later pronounced dead. Following his death, BSO’s Homicide Unit has taken charge of the investigation. Information regarding Abernathy’s age or place of residence has not been disclosed due to Marsy’s Law. No arrests have been made yet.
