Celine-Marie,Harold Obituary – A man, aged 43, was arrested by Niagara police for allegedly murdering his parents in St. Catharines earlier this week. Sean Owens has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Celine-Marie Owens and Harold Owens. Upon responding to an ambulance assist call on Monday afternoon, officers discovered the deceased bodies of Celine-Marie and Harold inside the residence.
