James Steiner Obituary – Authorities are currently conducting an investigation following the discovery of a deceased man inside an overturned truck in Zumbro River. The Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding the flipped-over vehicle on North County Road 11 at approximately 9:15 a.m. last Thursday. Upon arrival, officers located the truck on its roof near the river bank, with the body of James A. Steiner, 62, from Alma, Wis., inside. The circumstances surrounding the death are being looked into.
