Pang Vueyee Obituary – A Newton, North Carolina man was shot and killed on Monday, March 25, according to the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office stated that around 1:30 a.m. they received a call of a reported shooting in the 200 block of Old Mountain Village in Hiddenite. When deputies arrived on scene they found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the scene and the victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as Pang Vueyee, 33.
