Raymond Rucker Obituary, 18-year-old shot and killed in Raytown over the weekend

Raymond Rucker Obituary – The Raytown Police Department reported on Tuesday that one teenager died in a weekend shooting. The shooting happened around 5:15 p.m. on Sunday in the 9000 block of East 85th Place. Officers were dispatched to the area on reports of shots fired and were notified around an hour later that one person had been privately transported to an area hospital. That person was later identified as 18-year-old Raymond Rucker of Kansas City. Rucker was shot in the East 85th Place location and later died.
